At Extreme Bling It Inc, every item we produce is crafted just for you. As a bespoke manufacturer, we maintain a limited return policy.
If you have any questions about the ordering process or need assistance with sizing, please reach out to your dedicated stylist. Please remember, we cannot accept returns on custom items that were ordered in an incorrect size.
Extreme Bling It Inc cannot be held accountable for inaccuracies in measuring athletes or sizes submitted incorrectly by the order placer. We recommend visiting our How To Measure page to ensure proper measurements for each athlete.
When your invoice is issued, you will need to confirm your final sizes by signing off on the document. Once we receive this along with your payment, your order will proceed to production, and no changes to sizes can be made at that point.
We also cannot accept returns for items that are damaged due to improper care or use, such as those affected by incorrect washing methods or damage from nails, staples, etc.
In case of unforeseen circumstances or honest mistakes, if you provide us with photos of the damaged items, Extreme Bling It Inc will graciously cover 10% of the cost for replacements as a gesture of goodwill.
Acceptable Returns
In the rare instance that we manufacture a custom product and you believe there has been an error—such as an incorrect logo, fabric color, or stone placement—please contact us immediately after receiving your items.
YOU HAVE 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT TO REPORT ANY ISSUES YOU DETECT.
Please keep in mind: since many of our items are tailored specifically for individual teams, not all orders may be eligible for a refund or exchange. Any resolutions regarding quality concerns will be determined at management’s discretion. Don’t forget to save your invoice and order form; these documents serve as your receipt and will be required for any returns or exchanges.
