When it comes to custom uniforms, Extreme Bling It Inc. offers an exciting range of options tailored just for you! Our special order process allows for custom-made or sublimated items that reflect your unique style and branding. Here’s everything you need to know about placing your special order with us.
Estimated Production Time
The estimated production timeline for custom orders is approximately 4–6 weeks. This timeframe ensures that each piece is crafted to meet our high-quality standards.
Important Considerations
- Start Early: To avoid any last-minute rush, we highly recommend starting the ordering process well in advance. Keep in mind that during peak seasons, such as summer and fall, production times can extend due to increased demand.
- Shipping Time: Remember, the production timeline accounts only for the creation of your items. Additional shipping time must be considered once your order leaves our facility.
- Confirmed Ship Date: Once we receive a complete and accurate order, a confirmed ship date will be assigned and communicated to you via email within five business days. This helps you plan accordingly.
- Potential Delays: While we strive to adhere to our timelines, unforeseen delays can occur due to manufacturing issues, material shortages, or staffing challenges. We appreciate your understanding if such instances arise.
- Payment Policy: To ensure that your order is processed without delay, please ensure that full payment is made by the planned ship date. Any outstanding payments may result in your order being pushed back.

Factors that can affect the timeline
- Order accuracy: Any missing information or payment can cause a delay. GK Elite will assign a confirmed ship date within 5 business days of receiving a complete and accurate order.
- Peak seasons: During busy ordering periods, such as before competition season, lead times may be longer.
- Artwork approval: For sublimated or other custom designs, the production timeline begins only after you have finalized and approved the artwork.
- Sizing: Since customized items cannot be returned, it is highly recommended to order a sizing kit or samples beforehand to avoid ordering issues that could cause delays.
COMMUNICATION POLICY
At Extreme Bling It Inc, we prioritize the confidentiality and security of all communications between our clients and our company. Our communication policy strictly prohibits the sharing of any correspondence—whether through email, text, phone calls, or social media—with individuals outside of our established relationship. Only authorized parties, as outlined in our agreements, are privy to these communications. Any unauthorized posting or distribution of information related to our services is considered a violation of our agreement and may result in immediate action. This confidentiality agreement becomes effective upon payment/deposit for our services, underscoring our commitment to safeguarding all party data. We take these matters seriously and are dedicated to ensuring compliance with our communication policy to protect the interests of all involved.
RETURN POLICY
Be Xtreme, Extreme Bling It does not carry any items in stock, and all garments are custom made once you place your order according to your style and fabric selection. For this reason, please know that:
- Orders cannot be changed or refunded once placed.
- Garments require production time, in addition to your shipment method of choice.
- Production time fluctuates depending on the time of year.
- Ship date ranges are updated weekly and can be found on individual product pages.

The following chart is a general range of lead times depending on the time of year. Expect longer lead times in July through February. Please plan ahead and Contact Us early if you need garments delivered during this time frame!

Please Contact Us if you have a deadline and we’ll do our best to accommodate you! We’d love to help address your needs and expedite your order when possible.
To determine if a rush order is a feasible option, please note the following:
- Rush orders are subject to approval, as they are based on our production capacity at the given time.
- For delivery dates from July to February, our production schedules book fast and rushing orders through production is not always possible. Generally, rush orders are only available from February to June, but we encourage you to CONTACT US if you have a deadline, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!
- Additional rush fees may apply. Fees include a one-time rush fee, the base (non-discounted) price of the garments, and mandatory overnight shipping costs.
- Rush orders are not subject (not allowed to use) to promotional or group discounts.
- The minimum time needed to produce a group order of 5 or more garments is 2-3 weeks.
- Fabrics are limited to in-stock choices, and fabrics/supplies may be subject to COVID-19 restrictions.
- Garment style must be an existing design featured on our webstore without modifications.

SHIPPING OR PICK UP
At Extreme Bling It we are proud of its reputation for on time delivery. All orders are shipped VIA UPS or Fedex form our Michigan Location. Shipping cost will vary depending on your lovation and prefered delivery method and will be assed at the time you place your order . WE REQURE A SIGNATURE TO ALL ITEMS TO BE DELIVERED

SIZE EXCHANGE
If for any reason you are not happy with the fit of your garment , we will offer a size exchanges on web styles for a fee of 65% of the base price of the garment, with a minimum fee of $75. Size exchanges follow the same lead times as group web orders. Please note to review procuct pages for the most up to date lead times.
Size exchanges must happen with in 10 days after your product has been delivered and must be UNWORN AND HAVE ALL PACKAGING AND TAGS ATTACHED TO GARMENT.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT GARMENTS WITH CUSTOM LOGO, LETTERING AND OR ANY EMBELLISHMENT ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR A SIZE EXCHANGE !!!! ONLY NON LOGO AND NO SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

- ORDER SWATCHES: Colors on your computer screen may differ to how they appear in person. Because of this, we advise you to order swatches to ensure you are completely happy with your color and fabric choices!
- GET A FREE ILLUSTRATION: We know that it’s hard to visualize your colors and design before ordering, so we offer FREE illistration services . We recommend using this service if you are ordering for a group of 5 or more.
- TAKE YOUR MEASUREMENTS Sizing is always hard when you are ordering online, but we have great resources to help you! We recommend taking measurements, then comparing those measurements to our sizing chart. You can view our sizing chart, how-to measure videos, and additional tips on our sizing page.
- ORDER A SAMPLE/GARMENT/ PROTOTYPE: If you are unsure about the outfit you are wanting as long as for a team order you can order a prototype/sample to see the final product
